      Fantastic range of experience and expertise some of the best people in their fields of expertise across the world. Training and Development. People work together to deliver for the Irish Economy. Great sense of achievement

      Challenges as a result of the downturn and government decisions which included a moratorium which has meant a lack of progression for a lot of high performing colleagues over the last number of years, national agreement have had a significant effect on peoples salaries etc
