    Application

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Enterprise Ireland (Maynooth) in February 2018.

    Interview

    We had to send our CV through college to EI and then they called some for interviews. Outve 200+ cvs only 13 people got offers.
    The interview was very relaxed, two people- 1 from HR and 1 from a department youve specified interest in or they think fits your CV
    Casual chat to get to know your personality
    After the interview took about 2 weeks to get the job offer
    then about 1 month before getting told what department we were put in
