      Rapid growth has shifted the level of service delivery in a negative direction, accountability in pivotal positions, internal communication lacks in some areas.

      Pros

      Snacks Never really had a problem asking for time off

      Cons

      Low Pay Bad training No follow up some a lot of things they said they would do. Example: L10 meetings.
