Pros
Work-life balance: if you set boundaries from day one, they are respected. I have a family and value this tremendously. Room for growth & impact: my area of eBay is like a startup within the company, so there's a ton of room to make an impact and pave a path for success. DEI: proud that eBay still values DEI despite a shift in government values
Cons
R&R ambiguity: PMM is a newer organization, so we still need to establish our place amongst our XFN partners, which is challenging. Benefits: are not horrible, but could be better. would like more flex time off and better health insurance costs.
