      Pros

      eBay has smart, great people to work with Social bent in mission - providing livelihood to millions across world Can't beat a company so flush with cash during a downturn (i.e. $3B on balance sheet, generate $2.5B per year) Finally making some real changes to strengthen its long term position (late 2008)

      Cons

      Lack of clear corporate vision and strategic direction Advancement opportunities are getting too hard to come by Senior mgmt often seems to focused on short term results

      Pros

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Cons

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
