Pros

It used to be a good place to work, but really went downhill in recent years

Cons

- the most incompetent management I have ever experienced in my career. A lot of micromanagement, no strategy, nor clear goals communicated. Most of managers are a bunch of yes men. - Promotions and reward are purely based on social circles. If you are not based in US, or you are not Irish, you can forget any promotion or career path. Performances are not evaluated (this is also a consequences of the lack of goals for teams and individuals). A lot of nepotism. - Workload is not equally distributed, and you can have people charged with up to 3 times the workload assigned to others in the same role. - No training. - Forget about learning new skills at work: you will learn how to code in XO, which is a propetary language with no value out of Workday. - Salary is subpair compared to other big companies. There is also a new policy to reduce salary to workers not based in US, purely based on market average salary, regardless of performances or cost of living. Not sure if this is in line with their claimed Equal Opportunities, as it's like exploiting a market pay gap to their own advantage. What's next step: officialise the exploit of other pay gaps?

Pros

Great culture at the peer to peer level. Excellent learning opportunities, good benefits and great name for resume.

Cons

Pretend to be transparent but a lot of smoke & mirrors. Significant cuts to comp plans & commissions that resulted in challenging pay cuts. While salaries were not reduced the OTE is no longer achievable and it’s a difference of thousands monthly, can’t even sell stock because it’s tanked. That being said, we’re disappointed in comp and stock but grateful to be employed because It’s no longer a matter of if you’ll be laid off but when.
