Reasonable training with knowledgeable Senior Management (my direct reports through the years were in the main excellent).
Cons
Frontline staff supports and promotional opportunities decimated in recent years. Frontline staff not appreciated for the job they do with some of the best business generators and lenders having to move to other business areas to progress career.
