    Pros

Great team morale and willingness to help others across divisions. Well being tone from the top sounds promising with great support received personally through my tenure at the company.

    Cons

Poor management across all levels with cumbersome layers of management. Slow to act on feedback for any type of improvements, be it cost neutral or not. A lot of favouritism shown by management in progression, working hard and diligent not reflected to. Lack of direction and support shown recently to existing staff looking for support to upskil and become ready for the marketplace.

    Pros

Reasonable training with knowledgeable Senior Management (my direct reports through the years were in the main excellent).

    Cons

Frontline staff supports and promotional opportunities decimated in recent years. Frontline staff not appreciated for the job they do with some of the best business generators and lenders having to move to other business areas to progress career.
