Pros
* Very capable and knowledgeable colleagues, opportunities to learn from them * Twice a year performance reviews, where you can apply for promotion, concrete requirements for each level * Above average pay and benefits
Cons
* RTO is taking place, remote positions are being eliminated * Big tech bureaucracy and culture: slowish decision-making, you'll have to be your corporate self instead of your real self most of the time * In a few instances, people might not be as friendly as you'd expect, you will most likely come across this at some point at Uber (compared to other companies I've worked for, where this never happens) * Not the best work/life balance
