First start with online assessment and HR reach out. After I received positive feedback, HR told me to schedule an initial call. 1 hour before the call, HR cancel the interview with NO REASON and NO FOLLOW-UP email. I guess I am just randomly abandoned by them :D

Remote/Virtual first round over zoom call with one of their engineers that had some knowledge of the tech stack. That being said they only ended up asking me one simple, standard/general DSA question.

It was pretty easy and the hiring manager asked a lot of good questions to make sure I was a good fit for the position. I really liked the remote interview.

Uber vs. DoorDash - worth it to leave for slightly more money and similar leveling? DoorDash role is product GTM strategy which sounds similar to Uber’s product operations team. I think I could pretty easily transfer internally to product Ops.
What level are you going at? What’s he comp and location?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Amsterdam
I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (Amsterdam) in Sept 2023
Interview was tailored with generic questions on how you would handle some situations and what impact you have done in certain situations in former jobs. 55 minutes for Uber, 5 minutes for your little questions. Bo indication at all if questions were answered in a way, like a poker face. No debate, no bilateral communication. It was supposed to be an interview not a soulless interrogation.
- Tell me a situation where you have made an impact in your career
- tell me about a failure of yours and what tou learned from it

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Washington, DC
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Washington, DC) in Sept 2023
Do not bother applying on Uber. They have you create a candidate profile where after you apply there's no one to go in and edit/change your information or documents. This is really surprising and unfortunate. I won't apply here again or use Uber services.
- Do you have 8+ years of administrative experience working with Senior Executive Leadership, including C-level support?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Amsterdam
I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (Amsterdam)
HR interviewer was quite friendly although didn't know much about the exact responsibilities of the person they were looking for. Then they sent a task which I completed easily. I waited for 3 weeks and didn't get any feedback and decided to contact them myself and ask for an update. The HR girl wrote me that the headcount was filled by an internal transfer. Well, even in such cases, I should have been contacted and informed accordingly.
