    Pros

    Excellent perks (UberEats credit, meals at the office, wellness days, local discounts, wellness benefit) , opportunities for progression, great coworkers, "culture of questions", great leadership on the floor

    Cons

    Long hours (it is shift work)

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people to reduce the long shifts & provide on-site counseling (for those occasional hard calls)

    Interview

    Telephone interview was scheduled for 23/10 - didn't receive the call at the scheduled time. Followed up with an email to find out what happened, and the response I received (next day!) was an apology for not getting in touch and that the role was filled! Quite unprofessional!
