Cons
- Seems very 'start up' still, data is always broken and projects move too fast - Lack of experienced people who know what they're doing and can lead - Lots of young people can make it feel unprofessional - Recent layoffs ruin morale and make people nervous - Can be difficult to move up the ladder if you're not in SF
