      Pros

      You get to work your own hours without any issue. Take breaks or even work and go to school or work another job as well.

      Cons

      Lots of competition working in Chicago, many drivers not only within Uber... App lags many times especially at the O'hare airport. Picking up/dropping off in downtown Chicago or big streets is very tricky and can lean in getting a ticket.... you dont get to choose where not to go like say east chicago, that's a very far drive from downtown especially in rush hour... and if you decline it hurts your ratings..

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
