      Pros

      - Been surrounded by bright colleaugues always open to listen and help - The continuous commitment to make every process more efficient in an effort to make thing easier - Great culture, a big room to grow and the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects - You can start and end the day whenever you want depending on your agenda - The constant challenge with myself to be a better talent everyday in order to help the company grow - Acquiring new skills and improving theones you already have - The opportunity to work for a company that share my same vision about the future helping to make it happen

      Cons

      Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about Uber, my only regret is that I couldn't have enough time to prove my qualities to demonstrate what I could become for the company keep learning from the amazing people here.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Very consistent and professional. One of my favorite jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      Could pay a little more base pay. They started off strong but it seems like they started to depend on the tips we were making. Instead of our base bay increasing it slowly dipped, but they also had peak times and hours where we could make a much more than normal, so I guess it really averaged out. Still Overall Great Company

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
