      Pros

      The salary is above average for my experience and level. The healthcare is good. A lot of people are upset with the recent changes. It didn't affect me, but it still seems worth considering. The people on all of the teams that I work with are great. Friendly and helpful. A ton of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership makes decisions in what seems like a vacuum to benefit themselves. Feedback doesn't seem to matter.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
