This place really has gone down hill. It use to be the best employer in town. That was a long time ok. They will let their most experienced employee's go and replace them with cheaper ones or contractors. They talk a great game but there employees for the most part are very unhappy working there. Managers that are inept are not let go, but are allowed to kill the morale of employees. Forget about going to HR to complain, they really are not there for you. If you do complain expect to be escorted out of the building by security guards. I have to laugh every time I see a USAA commercial. Lots of room for improvement at this company.
