      -pretty easy work -free food after shift -opportunity to make connections with business owners

      Cons

      -bad management -will force you to "find work" even if there is nothing to do/no one in the club -10 hr shifts with only a 30 minute break

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
