      Pros

      As a part time RD, I appreciate that Sodexo still gives me benefits like paying for my Academy membership and a CEU stipend. They also evaluate salary raises on a regular basis, which I appreciate.

      Cons

      Salary is still low relative to the cost of getting an RD education.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
