Pros
Benefits, Day time hours, close to my home. My new District Manager is from operations and this person gets it. Unfortunately the DM lives over a 1000 miles away.
Cons
It's all about the Bottom line. If you make money the company is Happy, if not, forget it. DM's that have been out of operations for too long.
