      Good PTO and benefits Lax management (no micromanagers) Great work-life balance

      Cons

      High employee turnover due to frequent mass layoffs and ongoing corporate restructuring—job security is virtually nonexistent. Decisions during restructuring often reflect favoritism toward management’s preferred employees. Compensation is mediocre; manageable, but far from sustainable for single parents.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
