      Luxurious setting, they want you to grow and learn, and you are given all the tools/supplies needed to perform well.

      Cons

      High-pressure and demanding clientele. Communication between departments could be beter.

      Pros

      Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

      Cons

      The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
