Pros
People are great to work with. Every department has some ultra competent members. Structurally, the organisation is set up well to be very responsive. You can escalate problems and they do get read even if they don't always get acted upon. Automation and internal tools within the company are fantastic, meaning that roles can evolve with tedious tasks being absorbed by automated processes more and more leaving more time for all team members to focus on strategy. Engineering department is accessible, friendly, and rock solid in terms of capability. They're the best in attitude and performance.
Cons
Sales isn't goaled effectively so that they are set up to work against members of operations teams in cases that aren't that infrequent. Operations previously had a significant problem promoting from within and retaining key members of the team, but efforts have been made to remedy this. Ability to transition to different roles within the organization is extremely difficult. Some teams in operations are too heavily leaned upon, but it seems efforts have been made to correct this with increased headcount. Comp is comparatively low for the vertical.
