Free lunch (though it's not always good) and snacks.
Cons
Management does whatever they like without any consideration for the humans working to make the company function. Sales and Publisher don't trust Marketing to do their jobs, it's tense, it's awkward and it's counterproductive. The executive lead team DOES NOT help. The new CMO has ruffled all the feathers, and he seems to be too much in his own world to notice. Gender diversity is absolutely TERRIBLE. Racial diversity is laughable! Sales leadership has an old school way of approaching sales...it's telling. New people are coming in constantly and there's constant change in processes which hinders creativity and productivity.
