Shift never changes so you get stuck working same shift for months/years including weekend. Focus is on Stats. Even a toilet break is included in to break stats. Near impossible to get a weekend day off without 2 months advanced notice. Favouritism among team leaders and team mates. Unless you have a second language its near impossible to get anywhere. Focus is on saving money by catching fraud and pretending loss but staff pay is minumn. Your just a number to management. No christmas bonsus even though we work so hard throughout the christmas period.
