      Pros

      - very good benefits - including health insurance for you and plus one - depending on your department the working times and days can be flexible - mainly great people working with you, supportive

      Cons

      - inconsistency in annual pay increases and overall paying less than other companies - good work environment but there is an awful lot of manual work that comes with a given job that should be either automated or worked in a more efficient way; not a technically developed company when having a look at internal processes (again it could be department based);

      Good benefits and reasonable chances to achieve promotion until you reach a certain level

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than average and chances to get promoted are very dependable on your team leader. Mentoring is very limited and your work is micromanaged to unreasonable rates.

      Unrealistic targets and micromanaged work is a recipe for demotivation

      Pros

      Manger Work colleagues Vhi Gym My manger was great help and mentoring and built a strong and direct relationship. The rest of the management that are not team leaders are not seen that much and are hard to approach.

      Cons

      Pay wasn’t great Micro management is unreal and ridiculous Bad atmosphere in lims and you know everyone who working there hates there job. PayPal have all these values but mean noting when on the floor. US customers just give you abuse down the phone around 80% of the time and all you can do is sit there and somehow turn these calls into a positive. No career progression into departments that isn’t taking a call....

      Advice to Management

      Move people quicker off calls onto a different role. Work more with our TLs and have a better progression. Pay more to employees. I think new policy should come in around survey appeals over surveys which you have no control over and around customers giving you abuse down the phone cause in the terms and conditions of PayPal you can limit a account for abusing us but if you done that and SA and E reviewed it you would...
