Pros
You learn so much about the digital payment industry and all the innovation that the company is leading in the industry. Also, they have great benefits and all the same environment that you can have at Google for instance, with free food and drinks. Plus, my colleagues were incredible and it seems to be the case in most departments where people are very friendly and there are lots of social gatherings.
Cons
The culture sometimes is questionable. Even though what's written/said is wonderful, it doesn't quite represent the reality. As a woman, there was a lot of sexism, especially because it only has about 30% of female employees - like most Silicon Valley companies, there's a lot of lack of support from management when you raise questions or want to learn more. In my experience, I found that to be extremely difficult, because you have to change the way you are in order to work with men and be respected and considered in the room. That was the reason I resigned.
