Good company to work for, good work life balance

They should have more developers than other titles.

People appear to be nice, good benefits, and appearance of nice/collaborative culture.

Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
