Pros
Compensation is good, there are many great engineers, and they constantly push forward. Internal systems are getting better, though the wealth of information and employees can make it hard to get the right connections and know where to go.
Cons
Lots of siloing and empire building from managers, which stifles individual innovation. Concentration of engineering staff in the USA and India, so they can RIF (Reduction in Force, i.e lots and lots of churn) whenever they feel they need to lose some overhead. This also leads to people hoarding information as they believe it gives them job security, it just slows things down and makes other people's jobs harder. As a note, I've no idea what the London Office was like, I spent all my time working remotely, but Glassdoor made me put a "valid" location in
