Pros
-Okay salary, £6.70ish ph -Good discount, -Good team to work with -Good uniform allowance -Some training when you start -Some of the management are really nice
Cons
-Some members of management treat you like rubbish. -You get put in for all kinds of hours, one week working 12 hours the next week 30 hours, if you can't work a shift you've been put down for, tuff! -If you do a furniture order for say £3000 you get nothing for it. -Bonus is very very hard to get. -you could be the only staff memeber on the shop floor, if it gets busy your expected to cope. -No really chance to progress.
