Since the stock price took a huge hit due to Revenue reports in 2024, culture has majorly shifted to become more blame-based and a lot of people have recently been put on pretty performative PIPs and then let go (with zero severance!) even when all PIP action items were adequately fulfilled... generally is a worse place to be now than a couple of years ago and many people are leaving
