The sales leadership and methodology are second to none. Working at MongoDB is truly like getting your MBA in sales. This is a hard job, but if you can be successful at Mongo, you can be successful anywhere. You are expected to work hard, but if you put in the effort, you will have the full support of everyone here to make you successful.
Cons
Selling database technology can be challenging and very technical. There is a steep learning curve, not just from a sales methodology standpoint, but from the technical aspect of understanding the pain of customers.
