Pros

* Management tries very hard to have an open, honest atmosphere where people can be their authentic selves * Opinions are valued, and everyone seems ready to teach you something new * Managers are very understanding of the need for free time * Leadership gave the option for permanent remote work in as many roles as they could just because it helped some work better * Excellent training opportunities and mobility for anything within the company * The company values all over the website and company swag are progressive and are actually intended to be lived every day

Cons

* Past history of high-pressure management and revolving door in sales, though that seems to have changed * Company is not yet profitable but is making great strides in that direction * Fully-remote work is still new, so there are some kinks still to work out * If you are an extreme social conservative, this may not be the place for you, sorry - the company values are *very* progressive by some standards

Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Pros

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
