Pros
Most of the folks are smart, hard working and easy to get along with.
Cons
In the Sales and Customer Success departments, there's a strong culture of performance and hitting specific metrics and KPIs, which can be good, but the way it's implemented can result in negative side effects (ie. people doing things to hit numbers that aren't in the best interest of the company / customer)
