Pros

Good people that care about you individually and support you if you are willing to apply yourself. Frequent jobs are advertised in their partnership with BT.

Cons

I left as it wasn't good work for me. Call centre work and dealing with customers saying they will lose their business is very difficult to deal with emotionally.
