      Nice offices, flexible hours, decent pay, nice cafeteria.

      Cons

      No job descriptions, psycho-micro-managing managers, unbelievable politics, subjective performance reviews, no training or investment in employees. Don't work here.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
