Pros
They work hard to place people and to get top pay. Try very hard to find jobs that are a good fit for company and the person that is taking the assignment. I have enjoyed assignments thoroughly. Like the "try before you buy" approach to job hunting. Have met a lot of awesome people along the way.
Cons
Availability of assignments is sporadic and length of assignments are subject to change.
