Their staffing model is getting towards a more dilineated role-oriented environment, rather than dual desk coverage where you are the recruiter, the sales rep, the admin, the everything. Role dilineation helps people really become the expert in their position, rather than jack of all trades in staffing.
Cons
Poor compensation. According to market trends on what Recruiters should be making, Manpower has some catching up to do.
