Very fast paced work, with little or no support at all from Senior Stakeholders. A lot of micromanaging and peer pressure to achieve targets despite stores are unstructured and falling apart . No staff at all or repeated sicknesses. Company mainly focuses on cutting rather than investing , they take the soul out of their employee by increasing workload and reducing supports. Many disciplinary meetings to throw under the bus long term Managers/employees who have given everything in their sleeves, and use of investigation method to cover off senior stakeholders incompetency and inappropriate/unreasonable decision. The company is currently facing a backlash for their own bloodshed which has led many valuable managers/ employee to leave and it has created a skill gap which they will never be able to fill due to their poor business model towards their employee and approach to workload.
