    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Lidl full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Paid overtime, salary increases with every next year for the first 3 years, decent to work, especially if the team you are in is responsible and does not call sick all the time, depending on a team it can be a joy to work, if the delivered palets are packed properly and not falling around the warehouse, making unpacking similar to playing jenga game with extra cleaning on every wrong move... If with right team makes everything ok.

    Cons

Long hours with always something happening that you can't plan for. Deputies are overworked as next position after Custommer Assistant, so it is had to swallow since they are not paid by hour anymore. You can work 50 hours extra unpaid and Custommer Assistant can pass you in salary with bit of extra hours, progress should not be so demotivating. Only positions after that make things worthwhile.
