    Junior Project Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Newbridge, Co. Kildare

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Lidl (Newbridge, Co. Kildare) in July 2014.

    Interview

    2 part interview..
First interview involved general questions being interviewed by 3 German men in their 40's/50's. Was then asked to do a small project on things I would change or implement at a Lidl store.
Second interview was mostly a presentation of my "project" including being asked to draw an overview of a Lidl store on a large flip pad indicating which products are found where.

Wasn't offered the job as I was told it came down to me and one other person who had previous project management experience
