      Pros

      A lot of responsibility with the ability to make changes to the operation that can cost or save thousands. Great holiday and salary Lots of promotion opportunities

      Cons

      Most of the training is on the job and you can't learn everything you need to know. The words "you just know" come up a lot.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
