Pros
Great Benefits, Above Average Pay for the job title in the area, Lots of exercise due to large area that I supported. I enjoyed working with everyone on my team and had opportunities to learn frequently
Cons
Not much room for growth in IT unless you are willing to work at headquarters in NOVA, lack of communication between HQ and satellite locations, but it was improving when I left. If you have more than 1-2 years of IT experience you will likely grow bored in this role after a year.
