      The pay may not be as advertised, but its still better than most competitors, and there are many lovely co workers

      Cons

      The hierarchical structure is stifling, i to impossible to move up the ladder. And you never get your hours

      Flexible schedule working either morning or evening shifts

      Either they don't have enough hours to give you or they work you to death.
