      good salary and benefits such as out of hours payments and sick pay.

      Cons

      you work like a horse, barely take brakes. you have no work like balance at all. they make you work like a robot unless you specifically ask for a 10 h contract or are bad at your job, in that case they’ll leave you alone

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
