We're losing perks every year. They posted on LinkedIn that it was time for our favourite perk again, the week of rest for everyone, but that was cancelled this year! They started a "performance culture" which leads to unknowing Product Managers creating more useless spreadsheets for tracking progress, and asking more questions in every meeting just to seem like they're doing something productive instead of waisting everyone's time.
