Pros
usually finish on time which is good for the industry good training
Cons
poor management style from managers frequent comments disguised as jokes from managers about me being stupid, annoying, generally derogatory and mean, felt singled out by these comments as the rest of the team did not receive this (some "banter" but not nearly to the same extent) zero care for wellbeing of employees - 1 pre-booked mental health *hour* per month allowed- and you would be questioned on what you would do during your hour and had to get approval. no social culture within teams extremely KPI driven extremely high turnover rate - becomes clear why very quickly micromanagement had a very senior manager i was not close at all to joke about wanting me to die so they could get time off of work to "grieve"
