Pros
We have clear targets for promotion and will always encourage and support people to achieve their best. The teams are rewarded both by personal commission but also team incentives which means that there is a high perfomance culture within the offices that I have worked in. Hays has a clear set of values and has clear communication from board level about the direction of the business and the plan for the future.
Cons
Sometimes work/life balance can be a challenge.
