- Staff are all non-productive and they only small talk and gossip around (90% of time spent on that) - Staff always made serious mistakes in their tasks, they even cannot send a proper email (Including top management) - Poor career path due to zero workload and boring tasks - Staff Recruiting and Sourcing would be the worst industry in the market as no specialism or knowledge are needed even people with serious disability can manage to find a job inside - Company only treat front-line staff as asset while back-office staff as trash - The technology inside the company is also the worst, they are still using different type of old tech in the 21 century (e.g. including so many manual works)
