Pros
Co-workers are all extremely talented and smart. Senior management has good direction and I trust them to know what they are doing. Overall, a great place to be.
Cons
The cons are few. We are growing fast, so if you don't like rapid change, then that could be a downside. Really, there are not many that come to mind.
