8yThanks for your review and the chance for us to respond to you. As you know we have taken steps in the last year to streamline and simplify the International business. As a young and dynamic business these steps were necessary to develop a strong and robust footprint in International. The steps we took were not easy but we are now in a great place to build the business in our key markets. A part of this will be staff and leadership development, and we are running a number of key training courses in all of our markets. We’ve recently rolled out Anytime Check-ins which encourage employees to regularly meet with their managers in order to establish goals and accountability. Earlier this year, we launched our leadership training programme for all of EMEA, which provides training, support, and benchmarks for managers. We would also ask you to take some time to talk to your manager about your hours (or reach out to HR), as we want all our staff to have a healthy work life balance. We thank you for your feedback and service to Groupon, we will take on board as we work with our teams to continue to grow the business.
